Ingredients

  • 1 medium green cabbage, shredded (about 800g)
  • 2 large carrots, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups low‑sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
