A refreshing and healthy watermelon smoothie perfect for hot days. Made with fresh fruit and vegan yogurt for a creamy texture.

fresh watermelon

frozen strawberries

juice and zest of half a lime

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed, starting with watermelon.
Cover and blend on high until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
Pour into glasses or hollowed watermelon rinds and serve.
Notes
For an extra chill, add ice cubes before blending.
