A refreshing and healthy watermelon smoothie perfect for hot days. Made with fresh fruit and vegan yogurt for a creamy texture.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1.5 cups fresh watermelon
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas frozen banana
  • 0.5 lime juice and zest of half a lime
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed, starting with watermelon.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
  • Pour into glasses or hollowed watermelon rinds and serve.

Notes

For an extra chill, add ice cubes before blending.
