A fun and refreshing treat perfect for summer, this watermelon pizza combines juicy fruit toppings on a watermelon base for a healthy and colorful snack.

  • 1 large slice watermelon (cut out a circular slice from the center)
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup strawberries (sliced)
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup cantaloupe (diced)
  • ¼ cup honeydew melon (diced)

Instructions 

  • Wash the watermelon thoroughly.
  • Cut a 1-2 inch thick circular slice from the center of the watermelon.
  • Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Cut into 8 wedges and spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt on each.
  • Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
