Ingredients

Fruits

  • 4 cups watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 2 limes zest and juice of lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (for vegan option)
  • Pinch pinch sea salt

Instructions 

  • Choose ripe fruit: look for a creamy yellow spot on the watermelon and a hollow sound when tapped. Chop into cubes. Rinse berries gently and pat dry.
  • Prepare the dressing: whisk lime juice, lime zest, honey, chopped mint, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.
  • Combine the fruits in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and gently toss to coat without crushing berries.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to meld flavors, or serve immediately.
  • Garnish with extra mint or lime zest before serving for added flavor.
