Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2.5 cups mango frozen chunks (work best for a thick, ice cream-like texture)
  • 1.5 bananas frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (I prefer Thai Kitchen for its rich consistency)
  • 2 oz water
  • Pinch fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
