(halved lengthwise)

deli-sliced oven-roasted turkey

jarred roasted red bell peppers

packed baby spinach

extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
Mix mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, and paprika; refrigerate.
Spread mayonnaise on top half and pesto on bottom half of bread.
Add provolone, turkey, and peppers to the bottom half.
Toss spinach with olive oil and layer over peppers, then close sandwich.
Cut into quarters or eighths and serve.
Notes
For best flavor, refrigerate the assembled sandwich for 10 minutes before serving.
