Instructions
Mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add turkey and cook 1-2 minutes, then add onion and cook until turkey is cooked through and onion is soft, about 5-6 minutes.
Stir in spice mixture, tomato sauce, and water; simmer until thickened, 5-6 minutes.
