Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook onion and bell peppers in olive oil for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Add ground turkey and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
Stir in spices, cook for 30 seconds, then add tomatoes, beans, and corn; cook 2-3 minutes.
Top with cheese, transfer to oven, and bake 5-10 minutes until melted and golden.
Serve topped with cilantro, green onions, avocado, and lime wedges.
