Instructions
Preheat grill and prepare bell peppers by cutting off tops and removing seeds.
Cook turkey with onion, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and olive oil until browned.
Mix cooked turkey with shredded zucchini, tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar, cooked rice, and half of the cheese.
Stuff the peppers with the turkey mixture and top with remaining cheese.
Grill the stuffed peppers until peppers are tender and cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh basil before serving.
