A hearty and cheesy turkey casserole with broccoli, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
Vegetables

chopped mushrooms (sliced)

frozen broccoli florets
Main Protein

shredded cooked turkey (1 pound)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 395°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sauté mushrooms, broccoli, and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add turkey, salt, pepper, parsley, cheese, and heavy cream. Stir and simmer.
Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, serve hot.
