Ingredients

Coconut Milk

  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk

Quick Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup Quick Rolled Oats

Greek Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Greek Yogurt

Chia Seeds

  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

Shredded Coconut

  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Honey

  • 2 tablespoons Pure Honey

Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Salt

  • Pinch about 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Mango

  • 2 cups Fresh Mango, cubed

Instructions 

  • Whisk coconut milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla, and salt until blended.
  • Layer 1/3 cup mango and 1/2 cup oatmeal mixture in jars, repeat layers, then top with remaining mango.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled, optionally topped with extra yogurt, coconut, honey, or cereal.

Notes

Use ripe mango for the best flavor and sweetness.
