  • 1 cup mango chunks (Fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup kiwi slices
  • 1 cup strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1 cup banana slices (About 2 medium bananas)
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut (Optional for an extra tropical touch)
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • zest of one lime lime zest

Instructions 

  • Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
