Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 piece Peach (ripe, pitted and chopped)
  • 1 piece Mango (ripe, peeled and chopped)

Dairy & Liquids

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple syrup (optional)
  • to taste optional Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes during blending.
