Shrimp

large raw shrimp
(peeled and deveined)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
In a baking dish, combine rice, broth, sautéed garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
Spread shrimp over the rice mixture, then dot with 7 tbsp butter and sprinkle parsley and red pepper flakes.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until rice is tender and shrimp are cooked through.
Remove from oven, garnish with additional parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
