Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cocoa powder.
Combine melted butter and sugar alternative; add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Gradually fold in dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pan, bake for 20-25 minutes, cool before cutting.
