Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt.
In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients: melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and diced apple.
Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
