Sauce and Vegetables

honey

sriracha sauce

Instructions
Rinse rice, then cook in water for 15 minutes until tender.
Mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
Cook chicken in olive oil until browned, then add sauce and cook until thickened.
Stir-fry vegetables in the same skillet, then combine with chicken.
Serve chicken and vegetables over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Adjust spice level with sriracha to taste.
