Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until softened, then add chicken and cook until browned.
Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, garlic, and zucchini; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
Mix tapioca starch with water and add to thicken sauce, then stir in coconut aminos, chili paste, and honey; cook for 1 minute.
