A refreshing and colorful summer fruit salad perfect for hot days, combining a variety of fresh stone fruits and berries with a simple citrus-vanilla dressing.

Fruits
4-6cupssliced stone fruit of choice (cherries, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, etc.)
2cupsblueberries
2cupsblackberries
2tbsplemon juice
2tbspmaple syrup
1 1/2tspvanilla extract
1 4tspcinnamon
pinchsalt
1tspfresh thyme, finely chopped
Instructions
Slice all stone fruits thinly, removing pits from cherries.
Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and thyme.
Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately or chill for 1 hour before serving.
