Instructions
Combine cream, milk, and salt; bring to a boil. Stir in rice and jam.
Cook on medium-low, stirring until thickened. Add berries and sugar; boil briefly. Remove from heat.
Whisk egg yolks; gradually mix in hot rice. Return to heat and cook until thickened. Cool for 15 minutes.
Serve pudding topped with granola.
