8ozcream cheese
1/3cupsweetener
1tspvanilla extract
1/2cupheavy whipping cream
Whipped Cream Topping
1cupheavy cream
3tbspsweetener

Instructions
Preheat oven to 320F/160C and line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment.
Mix almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt; add melted butter and vanilla. Press into pan and bake 15 minutes.
Prepare chocolate pudding by dissolving gelatin in 1/4 cup heavy cream; heat remaining cream with sweetener, cocoa, and salt. Combine with gelatin mixture and chill.
Mix cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and heavy cream for cheesecake; spread over crust. Chill.
Spread chocolate pudding over cheesecake; top with whipped cream. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
