Ingredients

Oats and liquids

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Strawberries

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Yogurt and toppings

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or plant-based vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 2 fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds or pecans

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and salt; refrigerate overnight.
  • Toss diced strawberries with lemon juice and sugar if using.
  • Layer oats, strawberries, and yogurt in jars; top with granola, strawberries, and nuts.
