Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Mix strawberries and sugar; let sit 10 mins. Add lemon juice and cornstarch, stir.
Combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, butter, salt, vanilla; mix until crumbly.
Press 2/3 of crust into pan. Spread strawberry filling over it.
Sprinkle remaining crust on top. Bake 35-40 mins until golden.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For best results, let the bars cool completely to set before cutting.
