Enjoy these delicious and easy-to-make strawberry oat bars, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Dough and topping

rolled oats
3/4
cup
all-purpose flour
1/2

light brown sugar
1/2
teaspoon
ground ginger

unsalted butter, melted

strawberries, small-diced

teaspoon
cornstarch

tablespoons
lemon juice

tablespoon
granulated sugar
Instructions
Mix oats, flour, sugar, ginger, and salt. Add melted butter and combine; reserve half for topping.
Press remaining mixture into an 8x8 inch pan. Optional: pre-bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
Combine strawberries, cornstarch, lemon juice, and sugar. Mix gently.
Spread strawberry filling over the crust. Sprinkle reserved crumble on top.
Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool for 2-3 hours before cutting.
