A refreshing and healthy smoothie combining the sweetness of strawberries and mango with creamy Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.6667 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or preferred)

Frozen Fruit

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions 

  • Pour the milk into the blender.
  • Add the frozen strawberries, mango, Greek yogurt, and honey.
  • Blend on smoothie setting or start on low for 15 seconds, then high for 45 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder smoothie.
