Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen, hulled)

Dairy & Non-Dairy

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Liquid

  • 0.5 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy such as almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, use maple syrup for vegan)

Ice

  • as needed Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill and thickness)

Instructions 

  • Add strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for extra chill and thickness.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the sweetness by adjusting the honey or maple syrup.
