Instructions
Prepare the strawberry purée by blending strawberries and cooking with jam sugar until thickened; cool before use.
Mix all cream cheese filling ingredients until smooth, then chill.
Bake the cake layers, then assemble with cream cheese filling and strawberry purée between layers.
Heat cream and pour over chopped white chocolate with salt; stir until smooth to make ganache.
Apply a thin layer of white ganache to coat the cake, then chill. Use remaining ganache blended with strawberry purée for drip effect.
