A refreshing and healthy lemonade infused with strawberries and chia seeds, perfect for a hot day.
Ingredients
Water

cups
cold filtered water
(separated)

tbsp
chia seeds
Fruits and sweetener

cup
strawberries
0.5
cup
cold filtered water

tbsp
maple syrup
1
lemon
lemon (juiced)
Instructions
Add 1 cup of water and chia seeds to a jar, cover and set aside for a few hours.
Blend strawberries, 1/2 cup water, and maple syrup until smooth.
Mix strawberry juice with chia water.
Juice the lemon and add to the mixture, shake well and serve.
Notes
Chill before serving for best taste.
