A refreshing and healthy lemonade infused with strawberries and chia seeds, perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients

Water

  • 1.5 cups cold filtered water (separated)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Fruits and sweetener

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 0.5 cup cold filtered water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 lemon lemon (juiced)

Instructions 

  • Add 1 cup of water and chia seeds to a jar, cover and set aside for a few hours.
  • Blend strawberries, 1/2 cup water, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Mix strawberry juice with chia water.
  • Juice the lemon and add to the mixture, shake well and serve.

Notes

Chill before serving for best taste.
