Enjoy these refreshing homemade strawberry banana popsicles, perfect for a cool treat on a warm day.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey (Start with 1 tablespoon, add more if desired)

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries (hulled and chopped)
  • 1 piece ripe banana (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Combine yogurt, milk, and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add strawberries and banana, then blend until fully smooth.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds using a pitcher, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 5 hours.
  • To serve, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and gently remove the popsicles.

Notes

Using a pitcher makes pouring easier and helps fill the molds evenly.
