Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Grease a 12x8-inch dish with butter.
Mix oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Whisk eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Add milk and combine.
Stir in dry ingredients and strawberries. Pour into dish and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
