Instructions
Slice the steak thinly against the grain and season with spices.
Cook the steak in a hot skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side, then set aside.
Sauté peppers and onions in the same skillet until softened and lightly charred, about 4–6 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then return steak to skillet.
Pour lime juice over everything, toss, and cook for 30–60 seconds. Garnish with cilantro, then serve with tortillas and toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak with spices and lime juice for 30 minutes before cooking.
