A flavorful and easy-to-make shrimp bowl featuring a sweet and spicy honey garlic sauce served over fluffy jasmine rice.

Instructions
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water. Combine with 2 cups water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes. Let sit covered for 5 minutes.
Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and lime juice in a bowl. Set aside.
Cook shrimp in a skillet with oil over medium-high heat, season with salt and pepper, 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Add sauce and cook 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Fluff rice, divide into bowls, top with shrimp and sauce, garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with lime wedges.
