Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and chickpeas; cook for 2 minutes, then add spices, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Mash avocado with lemon juice and salt; add chili flakes if desired.
Spread avocado on toasted bread, top with chickpeas, and garnish with coriander.
Notes
Feel free to add extra chili flakes for more heat!
