Instructions
Prepare the dough by warming milk, dissolving yeast, and mixing with flour, sugar, eggs, salt, and butter. Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with apple filling mixture.
Roll up the dough tightly, cut into slices, and place in a baking dish. Let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and salt to make frosting. Spread over warm rolls before serving.
