A flavorful one-pan dish combining smoky chipotle, BBQ sauce, and tender chicken with rice, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

diced chicken breast

Broth & Sauces

chicken broth

BBQ sauce

minced chipotle peppers in adobo

smoked paprika
Optional ingredients

(add during last 5 minutes)
black beans
(add during last 5 minutes)
shredded cheddar cheese
(sprinkle on top and melt)
chopped cilantro
(for garnish)
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned, 5-7 mins.
Add rice, broth, BBQ sauce, chipotle, paprika; bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover, simmer 15-20 mins until rice is tender.
Stir in optional ingredients in last 5 mins.
Top with cheese, cover to melt, garnish with cilantro, serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the rice before adding liquids.
