Instructions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or line with parchment.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until combined; fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into slow cooker, then sprinkle sugar-cocoa mixture on top without stirring.
Gently pour hot coffee over the top; do not stir.
Cover and cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-5 hours; let stand 30 minutes before serving.
