A delicious and flavorful shrimp flatbread perfect for a quick dinner or appetizer.

Ingredients

Flatbreads

  • 1 package Naan flatbread
  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 1 bundle basil
  • 1 stick garlic butter
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons peppercorn seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick garlic butter
  • 1 bundle basil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté garlic in garlic butter for 2-4 minutes, then add shrimp and seasonings. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
  • Spread garlic butter on naan, add parmesan, cooked shrimp, mozzarella, red onion, and basil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, then garnish with red pepper flakes and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
