shrimp, peeled and deveined

avocados, diced

cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
Cook the shrimp in a skillet with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and greens.
Add cooked shrimp and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, and honey (if using). Drizzle over the salad and toss gently.
Serve immediately garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in lime juice and spices before cooking.
