Asparagus

lb
thin to medium asparagus (ends trimmed)

olive oil

garlic (minced)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Whisk olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and seasonings. Toss shrimp in marinade and set aside.
Arrange asparagus on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 5 minutes.
Add marinated shrimp to the pan, arrange in a single layer, and bake for another 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over cooked shrimp and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional lemon or herbs before serving.
