Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and cumin.
Toss chicken thighs with 1 tbsp olive oil and spice mixture; place on one side of the sheet.
Toss potatoes with remaining olive oil, French onion soup mix; spread on the other side of the sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
Add green beans to potatoes, stir gently, spread BBQ sauce over chicken, and bake 15-20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
