A flavorful and healthy salad combining tender sesame-crusted chicken with fresh vegetables and a tangy dressing.

Instructions
Halve chicken breasts horizontally into thin cutlets and drizzle with oil.
Press chicken into sesame seeds, season with salt, then cook in oil until golden and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Whisk together oil, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds to make dressing.
Shred cabbage, julienne carrots, and thinly slice radishes, spring onions, and cilantro. Toss with almonds and half the dressing.
Slice cooked chicken and serve on salad, drizzled with remaining dressing.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the sesame seeds before using.
