Instructions
Cook the rice or cauliflower rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned; add garlic, ginger, and vegetables, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and water; pour into the skillet.
Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Serve over rice or cauliflower rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
