A cool and refreshing smoothie perfect for hot days, combining sweet watermelon and strawberries with creamy Greek yogurt and fresh mint.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 4 1/2 cups frozen watermelon cubes (seedless, cut into small chunks and fully frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (hulled and frozen for thickness)
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (thick yogurt adds creaminess, dairy-free works too)
  • 3/4 tablespoon honey (adjustable for sweetness, substitute agave if needed)
  • 3/4 cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk (use more only if blending stalls)
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves (packed lightly, optional but refreshing)

Instructions 

  • Add the frozen watermelon, strawberries, yogurt, honey, liquid, and mint leaves to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if too thick.
  • Taste and blend in more honey if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with extra mint or basil if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk or a banana.
