A cool and refreshing smoothie perfect for hot days, combining sweet watermelon and strawberries with creamy Greek yogurt and fresh mint.
Ingredients

frozen watermelon cubes
(seedless, cut into small chunks and fully frozen)
1 1/2

frozen strawberries
(hulled and frozen for thickness)

vanilla Greek yogurt
(thick yogurt adds creaminess, dairy-free works too)

honey
(adjustable for sweetness, substitute agave if needed)

cold water or unsweetened almond milk
(use more only if blending stalls)

(packed lightly, optional but refreshing)
Instructions
Add the frozen watermelon, strawberries, yogurt, honey, liquid, and mint leaves to a high-powered blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth, adding more liquid if too thick.
Taste and blend in more honey if desired.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with extra mint or basil if desired.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk or a banana.
