Instructions
Prepare raspberry filling by combining raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and water or lemon juice. Cook until thickened, then cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugars, vanilla, and egg until smooth. Combine with flour, salt, and baking powder to form the crust and crumble topping.
Press half of the crust mixture into a baking pan. Spread raspberry filling over the crust.
Sprinkle remaining crumble over the raspberry layer. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool before slicing into bars. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Chill the bars before serving for best texture.
