0.25cupfiltered water(to thin)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake tofu for 25-30 minutes until golden and firm.
Whisk together all sauce ingredients, adding water to achieve a thick but pourable consistency.
Soak rice paper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable, then transfer to a plate.
Fill each rice paper with vegetables, baked tofu, avocado, and cilantro. Fold sides and roll tightly.
Repeat until all wraps are assembled. Serve with black sesame seeds and sauce.
