Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Oil & Spices

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Tortillas & Toppings

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions 

  • Pat shrimp dry and toss with oil and spices.
  • Preheat grill; cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink and charred.
  • Warm tortillas on a pan or flame until soft and toasted.
  • Mix sour cream with lime juice for a tangy sauce.
  • Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and drizzle with lime crema.
