  • 1 pouch ButcherBox Beef Barbacoa (thawed or frozen)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels (cooked)
  • pickled red onions pickled red onions (for garnish)
  • 1 jalapeño jalapeño (thinly sliced for garnish)
  • fresh cilantro cilantro (chopped for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions, then keep warm.
