Instructions
Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in a large skillet until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Stir in rice and beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
Top with grated Parmesan and lemon zest or juice before serving.
