Instructions
Crumble feta cheese and drain excess liquid.
Blend feta and Greek yogurt until creamy.
Add pumpkin puree and honey, blend until smooth.
Mix in dried thyme and black pepper to taste.
Transfer to a bowl, garnish with honey, thyme, and walnuts. Serve with toasted bread.
Notes
