A creamy, flavorful dip combining feta, pumpkin, and honey, perfect for spreading on toasted bread or serving as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 8 oz feta cheese (drained from brine)
  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt

Canned Pumpkin

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

Sweetener

  • 1 Tbsp honey (plus more for serving)
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey (additional for serving)

Herbs & Spices

  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • to taste Black pepper (freshly cracked)

Garnish & Toppings

  • as needed Fresh thyme (for garnishing)
  • optional Chopped walnuts (raw or toasted)
  • as needed Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)

Instructions 

  • Crumble feta cheese and drain excess liquid.
  • Blend feta and Greek yogurt until creamy.
  • Add pumpkin puree and honey, blend until smooth.
  • Mix in dried thyme and black pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a bowl, garnish with honey, thyme, and walnuts. Serve with toasted bread.

Notes

This dip is best enjoyed fresh. Adjust honey and toppings to taste.
