Ingredients

Pumpkin Puree

  • 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree

Eggs

  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar

Whole Milk

  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon, Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Allspice, Ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, Ground

All-Purpose Or Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

Nuts (Walnuts, Pecans, or Favorite Nut, Chopped) Optional

  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, Ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon Allspice, Ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg, Ground
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Butter, Melted

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix pumpkin, eggs, brown sugar, milk, salt, and spices until well combined.
  • Pour into an 8"x11" baking dish.
  • Prepare crumb topping by mixing flour, sugars, nuts, baking powder, and spices. Add egg and vanilla, stir until crumbly.
  • Distribute crumb over pumpkin mixture, drizzle with melted butter, and bake for 50-55 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
